Digital products can't be \"returned\" like physical goods. Once your request enters final generation and the file is delivered, there is no practical way to take that personalized output back.
If you experience a technical problem that prevents you from downloading your song (payment confirmed but no download), contact us. We'll help you get what you paid for.
